ဟောင်ကောင်အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသနိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်ကိုင်ဆောင်သူ ကမ္ဘာလှည့်ခရီးသည်များအတွက် ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ (ကမ္ဘာလှည့်) Tourist Visa On Arrival အား
(၁၁-၃-၂၀၂၄) ရက်နေ့မှစ၍ ခွင့်ပြုပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးခြင်း
၁။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းသို့ လေကြောင်းခရီးဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်လာသည့် ဟောင်ကောင်အထူး အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်ကိုင်ဆောင်သူ ကမ္ဘာလှည့်ခရီးသည်များအတွက် ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ (ကမ္ဘာလှည့်) Tourist Visa On Arrival ကို (၁၁-၃-၂၀၂၄) ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ စမ်းသပ်ကာလ (၁)နှစ် သတ်မှတ်ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားရှိသော ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေး စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ ခွင့်ပြုဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါ သည်။
၂။ ဟောင်ကောင်အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်ကိုင်ဆောင်သူ ကမ္ဘာလှည့် ခရီးသွားများ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်များသို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာပါက ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ (ကမ္ဘာလှည့်)အား အောက်ပါ အတိုင်း ခွင့်ပြုဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်-
(က) အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်များသို့ ရောက်ရှိလာပါက ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာလျှောက်လွှာ အား အခမဲ့ ရယူ၍ (၁.၂ x ၁.၅) လက်မ Colour Photo (၂) ပုံနှင့်အတူ လျှောက်လွှာ ပုံစံ ဖြည့်သွင်းရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ခ) ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာအခငွေ တစ်ဦးလျှင် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (၅၀)ကောက်ခံ၍ နေခွင့် ရက်ပေါင်း (၃၀)ရက် ခွင့်ပြုသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ဂ) အလည်အပတ် ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်းအတွက်သာဖြစ်၍ ကမ္ဘာလှည့်ဗီဇာ (Tourist Visa) တစ်မျိုးတည်းသာ ခွင့်ပြုသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ဃ) နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်သက်တမ်း အနည်းဆုံး (၆) လ ရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး (၆) လအောက် ဖြစ်ပါက ပြည်ဝင်ခွင့်မပြုဘဲ ခရီးသည် လိုက်ပါလာသည့် လေကြောင်းလိုင်းဖြင့် ပြန်လည် တင်ပို့ခြင်းခံရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(င) နေခွင့်သက်တမ်း တိုးမြှင့်ပေးရန် လျှောက်ထားခြင်းကို ခွင့်ပြုမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
(စ) နေထိုင်ခွင့် သတ်မှတ်ရက်ထက် ကျော်လွန်နေထိုင်ပါက သတ်မှတ်ရက်လွန် ဒဏ်ကြေး အခငွေ ပေးဆောင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၃။ ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ (ကမ္ဘာလှည့်) ဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်လာသော ဟောင်ကောင် အထူး အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်ကိုင်ဆောင်သူများသည် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ စည်းကမ်းများ ကို လိုက်နာနေထိုင်ရပါမည် –
(က) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ တည်ဆဲဥပဒေ၊ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ခ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း လုံခြုံရေးအရ တားမြစ်ကန့်သတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေမှအပ နိုင်ငံခြားသားများ သွားလာခွင့်ရှိသည့် နေရာများကို လွတ်လပ်စွာ သွားလာနိုင်သည်။
(ဂ) ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာ (ကမ္ဘာလှည့်)ဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်ရန် ရောက်ရှိလာသူသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေးဌာန/ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ခွင့်မပြုလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေး ဦးစီးဌာန၏ အမည်မည်းစာရင်း (Black List) တွင် ပါဝင်ပါက ပြည်ဝင်ခွင့်အား ငြင်းပယ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ခရီးသည်လိုက်ပါလာသည့် လေကြောင်းလိုင်းဖြင့် ပြန်လည် တင်ပို့ခြင်း ခံရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ဃ) အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်မှ ဆိုက်ရောက်ဗီဇာဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်လာသူသည် မည်သည့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်များမှမဆို ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Notifying that Tourist Visa on Arrival are granted on (11-3-2024) to Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) Nationals
- Starting from the approval date for Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) citizens, a test period of 1 year will be established and Visa on Arrival are granted on (11-3-2024) in accordance with the Standards for COVID-19 Prevent, Control & Treatment published by the Ministry of Health.
- When Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) citizens arrive to the International Airports, the Tourist Visa on Arrival shall be granted as per the followings:
(A) Upon arrival to the International Airports, the tourist shall acquire the Visa on Arrival form free of charge and fill in the form with 2 colour photos (1.2 x 1.5) inches.
(B) The Visa on Arrival fees shall be collected 50 USD and the number of stay (30) days shall be granted.
(C) This is only for visiting purpose and hence, only Tourist Visa shall be granted.
(D) The Passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining and if it is less than 6 months, entry will not be permitted and the passenger will be deported via the airline he/she arrived in.
(E) Extension of the stay will not be permitted.
(F) Overstay person must pay overstay fine.
- Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) citizens entering with Tourist Visa on Arrival must comply with the following rules during their stay in Myanmar:
(A) Must respect and comply with Myanmar’s existing Laws and Procedures.
(B) Apart from the areas that are restricted due to the security reasons, the tourists may freely travel to places which allow access to foreigners.
(C) If the passenger arriving with Tourist Visa on Arrival is not permitted entry by the relevant Security Forces/ Authorities, or is included in the Immigration Department’s Blacklist, entry will be denied and he/she will be deported via his/her arriving airline.
(D) Those entering with Tourist Visa on Arrival (VoA) from the international airports may exit at any international airports.
